  • Your employees, especially those from marginalized groups, are not ok right now, they are likely feeling the weight and opression of the current climate. They need additional support, and to have their voices heard in the workplace. I can lead discussions with empathy, sensitivity, and curate actions steps based on these discussions.

  • Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is a leading LGBTQIA+ rights organization. Their Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees.

    Uplift DEI will assess your current benefits, training, policies and practices against HRC criterion and propose/ implement changes as needed to ensure best practices for LGBTQIA+ employees in place and are being used.

  • Great leadership IS inclusive leadership. I will work with your leaders 1:1 to help them build the competencies they need to lead empathetically and effectively in today’s multicultural workplaces.
